Bingo direct checkout orders
For an item bought through Bingo direct checkout, contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or return it, or if it is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or has not arrived. Email info@bingodogwash.com, call 07743 316855, or use our Contact page. Include your name, order details and the reason for the request. We may ask for reasonable evidence needed to review it.
Eligibility and the available remedy depend on the product, how it was supplied and the circumstances. We will explain the applicable return instructions before asking you to send an item. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods and services.
Return window and eligible products
For eligible Bingo Dog Wash direct-checkout orders, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
New and slightly used products may be eligible for return, subject to the product being in an acceptable condition and meeting the eligibility requirements set out in this policy.
Return method and postage
Returns are made by post. For normal change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or applicable consumer law requires otherwise, please contact us so the appropriate return arrangements can be made. You will not be unfairly charged return costs or required to pay return costs where this would conflict with your statutory rights.
Exchanges and restocking fees
We do not currently offer exchanges.

Partner and affiliate purchases
Amazon, Etsy, eBay, affiliate, marketplace and other external-checkout products are purchased from the seller identified on the partner website. That seller’s cancellation, return and refund policy applies. Use the order confirmation or partner account to contact that seller. Bingo Dog Wash may earn a commission but does not process the partner’s payment or hold that stock.
Refund processing
Once an eligible returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Wash credits
The first physical Bingo Dog Wash location is still in development and is not currently open. If you have bought a prepaid wash credit and need help, contact us using the details above. The existing wash-credit status and payment process is unchanged.
