How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, contact us through the Bingo Dog Wash Contact page. Please include:
- your full name;
- the email address linked to your account;
- your Facebook or Instagram username, if applicable;
- a clear statement that you want your personal data deleted; and
- any useful details that help us identify the account or data.
Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other secret credentials.
Identity verification
Bingo Dog Wash may ask for additional information to verify that you are the person connected with the data before we delete it. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
What happens next
Once your identity has been verified, we will review your request and delete eligible personal data from our active systems. We may contact you if we need clarification about the account, connected service or information covered by your request.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained where required or permitted for:
- legal obligations;
- tax and accounting records;
- fraud prevention;
- security;
- dispute resolution; or
- enforcing agreements.
Deleting data may affect access to customer accounts, order history, saved preferences or connected services.
